- Where are the jewels made?

All the jewelry in my store is handmade in my workshop, located near Lyon, France.

- Do you have a point of sale to try on the jewelry?

I do not have a physical store, my jewelry is available exclusively online. However, I remain at your disposal to provide you with additional information and photos to help you make your choice with complete peace of mind.

Order and Delivery

- When should I order stabilized flower jewelry?

I recommend ordering 1 to 2 months maximum before your event so that the flowers remain in perfect condition on the big day.

- Is it possible to order more than 2 months in advance?

Yes, it is possible. Contact me for a pre-order.

- What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is estimated during the payment step, depending on your address and the chosen delivery method. For more details, please see the shipping conditions.

- Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, an express delivery option is available at checkout for France and EU countries. For the rest of the world, please contact me for an express delivery quote .

Yes, we ship worldwide, if your country is not in the currency list, please contact me for more information.

Returns and Guarantees

- Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Jewelry made from stabilized flowers cannot be returned or exchanged. For other creations, returns are accepted within 14 days if unworn and in their original packaging. Return costs to your charge. See Refund Policies .

If there is any problem with your order, delivery or quality, please contact me. I will do my best to resolve the situation and find a satisfactory solution.
