Definitions
Terms beginning with a capital letter and defined below shall have the meaning attributed to them below, when written with a capital letter in these General Terms and Conditions.
Client: User purchasing or having purchased a Product
General Terms and Conditions: General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Product Sales Website
Order: Step during which the Buyer orders a Product on the Website
Product: Item offered for sale on the Website by the Seller, through a Product Sheet

Application and Enforceability of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
The Client must read the General Terms and Conditions before browsing our Website.
Any access or use of the latter implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. If you do not wish to accept all or part of these, you are asked to refrain from using this Website.
HANA&ALICE reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, as well as the legal notices. These modifications are deemed unreservedly accepted as soon as you access the Website after their online publication.
The Client acknowledges that these General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a complete and exclusive agreement between them and HANA&ALICE regarding their use of the Website.
The offers from HANA&ALICE on the Website are intended for individuals only. HANA&ALICE reserves the right to refuse the benefit of its offers to any professional reseller and to cancel at any time, from the date of the Order and for a period of twelve (12) months following the scheduled delivery date, any Order placed by a professional.
All Products available on the Website are intended for personal use only. The client therefore agrees not to sell or resell HANA&ALICE Products that they purchase or receive.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
ARTICLE 1.
ORDERS AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS
1.1 ORDER PROCEDURE
A detailed description of the Products is available when viewing each one individually on the Website.
The system thus implemented requires an active approach from the Client. It complies with the legal requirements for online sales and consumer protection.
To Order Products, the Client must go to the Product Sheet of the items they wish to purchase by clicking on their photo. They then choose the desired quantity and click on "Add to cart". Their selections will be automatically added to their cart. They can view their cart at any time at the top right of each page.
The Client must then validate their cart by clicking on “Payment”. They must fill in the required information regarding delivery and payment by bank card. They may have a billing address different from the delivery address.
The Client must then check the information they have entered and click on “Buy”.
If any of the preceding elements are missing, the Client's Order will not be valid.
1.2 ORDER ACCEPTANCE
HANA&ALICE agrees to accept Orders placed on the Website, subject to stock availability, under the terms of these conditions, which the Client must declare to have read when validating the Order.
In accordance with Articles L.111-1 et seq. and L.121-17 of the French Consumer Code, the Client acknowledges having been able to, before the conclusion of the contract, know the essential characteristics of the Products (nature, quantity, substantial qualities, etc.), their price, accepted payment methods, delivery times and restrictions, the period, conditions, and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as the cases where this right cannot be exercised (for more information on exercising this right, see Article 5 below).
The Client's payment of their Order and confirmation by clicking the “Buy” button constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. These will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
For any purchase on our Website, a confirmation email is sent to the Client stating their Order number and the details of the Products ordered. Once the Order is processed, the Client receives an email with information allowing them to track the delivery of the Products.
1.3 LIMITATIONS
In case of stockout, HANA&ALICE agrees to inform the Client as soon as possible by email to the address they provided. HANA&ALICE will communicate the necessary restocking times to obtain the desired Product or will offer a replacement Product of equivalent value.
HANA&ALICE cannot manage partial orders: if a Product is out of stock with no precise restocking date, HANA&ALICE will offer the Client a refund for the ordered Product, using the payment method used for the Order.
Any Order will only be considered after full payment of the Products has been received and will be confirmed by HANA&ALICE via email.
HANA&ALICE reserves the right to cancel all non-compliant, suspicious, or fraudulent Orders. Furthermore, HANA&ALICE reserves the right to refuse any Order from a Client with whom there is any past or ongoing dispute.
