Refund policy

For jewelry with stabilized flowers:

Due to the inherent delicacy of these items, exchanges and returns are not accepted. However, please feel free to contact me if there are any issues with your order. I will do my best to find a solution for you.

For jewelry without stabilized flowers:

• The buyer may return or exchange this item.
• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value (as assessed in agreement with the seller) if the item is not returned in its original condition.
• Please contact me by email at info(at)hana-alice.fr within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange or return.
• Refunds will be processed promptly after the returned item(s) are received, and will be made using the payment method used for the original purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me by email at info(at)hana-alice.fr within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item. I will do my best to find a satisfactory solution.
